It's not really clear whether Nintendo owns the Fatal Frame franchise now. I think the consensus is they do. But Tecmo made Fatal Frame 4 (with Suda btw) and I think Tecmo still owns the rights to develop fututre Fatal Frame games for Nintendo.
Itsamii: the co-op thing was a joke, right? Please? I'm really not looking forward to co-op in my horror. Bah. *Returns to playing horror heaven REmake*
