You can only argue if it's a 360 exclusive or not

If the game is exactly the same or a port, of course it counts.

I don't think they are many people who don't consider Twilight Princess as Wii exclusive.

A lot of people do not count TP as Wii exclusive. Its still a great game but because its also on Gamecube it is not seen as the most standout Wii title.
