Which one should I buy ? PS3 or Xbox 360 ?

It makes no sense to buy a system now for games that may or may not come out, especially with the global economy. It's best to look at the current lineup and see if you are interested in that one.

I know of a few gamers who bought a PS3 for FF and was pissed with news of it going multiplat.

PS. Except at the launch of a system, of course, but even then remember they are willing to lie in order to get your money. In fact the WILL lie.

So right. I bought two systems at launch - the PS1 and the PSP. That's it. Otherwise, I will wait until March, April after launch - usually 4, 5 months because folks will report issues during that period. Plus, the second wave of games will hit by then. Unless you are so convinced you'll absolutely love the game coming on the system no matter what, I'd advise waiting and seeing if the system is up to par with your wants.
