Go play it on Big Boss Hard.
Trophies, however, will add replay value. MGS4 is good enough that if you have no other new games, you can play it again, but I really need trophies to justify finishing my third playthrough- after "beating" LBP, of course.
They have to add it with the Substance treatment, because of Sony's rule, and it would be logical to patch the old game, so I say by the Substance treatment at the latest, possibly as early as February-March.
