Point is you never know what console will win this time or the next. Everybody loses at some point. It is not the first time or the last time.

But I can say this as a gamer my personal opinion, the PS3 line up of games(present, past and future ones) are far better what the Wii is offering right now.

So the Wii sales 300 million LTD with all those shovelware on the system, will it make it better than the other systems that actually have pretty decent games? No.

IMO, the GC was much better than the Wii and it is a shame customers cant see that. They would rather have Wii Play and Wii Fit instead of some stellar game like Star Wars Rogue Squadron 2 or MGS: TTS.

The "shovelware" argument only makes you look silly at this point. Really, not liking Wii is fine, but there are millions and millions enjoying quality games like Galaxy, Brawl, Kart, RE, GH, Zelda, Metroid. Don't act like shovelware is the only thing on Wii. PS2 had tons of shovelware but I never hear anyone complain about that.

And fyi: You actually CAN play Gamecube games on your Wii, as it's the only console with FULL backwards capability. How's that for service?

 

I aint the only one saying it. It is basically everyone on the internet. People go crazy how bad the games are for the Wii yet cant comprehend how well it sells. The shovelware to good games ratio is at the highest peak on the Wii than any other system ever expect save the Atari.

Yea the Cube games are much better so why would you want to pay $250 when you can get a brand new Cube for $50 bucks and get the same enjoyment out of it?

You seem to be sales directed and it seems you believe whatever system is highest selling one must be the best one.

Last gen, I only owned a Cube and disliked the PS2 despite its high sales.

This gen is a complete reversal, I went PS3 because I cant comprehend Wii controls and plus the games are usually on the bad side.

 

It's not everyone on the internet, it's basically a bunch of frustrated 15 year olds who have nothing better to do than criticize a console they didn't like from before the start and expected to fail massively. Now it's kicking the balls of the "real" consoles the only thing left is to repeat points that have been proven false time and time again.

If you still don't understand why Wii sells something's wrong with you. Most people don't care about graphics, they want to have fun playing games. That's actually what they're meant to provide: entertainment.

 (Oh and please provide a link to your "fact" that the shovelware/good game ratio is highest on Wii, despite that being meaningless as there are many great games on Wii)
