MS already proven that typical consumer won't notice hidden costs and fees when blinded by lower price tag.

There are no hidden costs, all the 360 models are functional and they don't require any other Microsoft accessories to work.

That's not true. You can't my favorite 360 game (Lost Odyssey) without a hard drive. So there is a $100 hidden fee to get a hard drive just to be able to play the game.

No verb in this sentence - logical error. Self destruction in 5...4...3...2...1...

But seriously why do you need a hard drive for LO ? As far as I know it's not required, unless you want to stealth mention the long loading times....

Oops. I meant to add a "play" in there.

But no you can't play it. I let my friend borrow it (who has an arcade) and it wouldn't work. Being that LO works with my 360 and every other game works with his, I came to the conclusion that it wouldn't work it.

hmmm I'm currently too lazy to remove my HDD and test it, so for the moment I'll believe you

I just pulled my harddrive off my 360. Lost Odyssey runs just fine. Well except that I can't save it at present.
