MGS4 or Fallout 3 are my picks.
MGS4 just because its simply the best game ive ever played.
Fallout 3 because i aint been able to put the thing down for 94 hours 
LBP is an awesom game but didnt get me hooked enough
L4D i only played the demo and wernt impressed. but cant really comment
GTA4... dont even get me started on that mess (growls to self)
