GT games sell entire gens through but the PS3 needs a serious bump in the install base over the next 2-3 years if GT 5 is to sell over 10 million copies.
Halo 3 might very well end up as the best selling HD game on a single platform this gen like the OP says, with the GT 5 being the only game to compete for that title.
