I think the Americas markets can be roughly split up as follows:
USA - 85%
Canada - 6%
Mexico - 4%
South America ~3%
Rest of Central America - ~2%
If thats the case PS2 is something like 42.5m/3m/2m/1.5m/1m by market/region
