America? The game already released in America, we're not getting screwed bad.

Europe, however, is. 90% of the time - a late release. Someitmes no releases at all.

The finest example of this is NA getting Xenogears, and PAL territories not getting it. I had to import my copy as well, along with Legend of Mana and Persona 2, both NA and JP only.
