I would rather say the bad games they made recently.  Last Renmant could have sold a lot better if it ended up being a better game;

 

 

Yeah...but TWEWY was awesome, and I don't think it sold that well. It was on the most potentially popular console(which means it had tons of competition, granted), maybe ever.

Quality doesn't necessarily bring you sales(or Persona 4 would have sold 4 million copies)...

However, with the main FF series, its consistant level of quality is what keeps me enthralled. Thus, you and I buy games for quality. The general public buys games on brand. New IP's aren't doing that well, with a few exceptions. People like to get in on the ground level of these things.

Now, if TTEWY 2 comes out, and gets good reviews, it'd probably sell double the first game.

Eh, I'd say TWEWY got about the sales it deserved.
