No way this happens, unless you meant to type decrease instead of increase.

2nd week sales should be higher because it will be a full week of sales instead of just Wednesday - Sunday.

But he is meaning that it will sell 10 - 15k a week once it drops to those levels. I see first week sales being pretty good. Actually very good.
