If HAZE was not a PS3 exclusive would free radical be in trouble today ?

it could turn out to be a better game if developed on xbox360, cos xbox360 game developing platform is easier to use. and most shooters would be well on xbox360. I think if haze got released on both platform it could do at least 1 million on xbox360.
