Wind Waker is better. Tons and tons more sidequests and minigames makes the experience last a lot longer. Twilight Princess had a better main quest for most of the game, but outside of the mainq uest there was very little to do in the gameworld. It was huge, but felt very empty, which was very disappointing. Therefore Wind Waker has more replayability for me (I even completed the Nintendo gallery in Wind Waker once, by taking photographs and making figurines of every single character and enemy in the game - that took a while!)
