New gameplay mechanics could be random vomiting, taking pills in the morning cycle to assist, and rumbling in the controller meaning the baby is kicking. Plus you'll have to protect your stomach area from enemies. Edit: My bikini game would be this pic but in 3D. Ooo lala!
