Why does some people fear/hate the Wii?

Game reviewers are biasied idiots. If they see that it's going on the PS3 or 360, nine out of ten times it'll get a 9 or above. I hate seeing games like Halo 3 or GTA IV getting 10/10's when the game was barely fun at all.

Everyone here who is bashing the Wii's library should do the following:

1. Go to your local gaming store, such as GameStop
2. Ask where the PS2 section is
3. Realize that you're looking right at it because 1/4 of the entire store is dedicated to the PS2
4. Look through all the used ps2 games
5. Realize the shit the ps2 had on it


90% of the PS2 library was uttershit. So, with your logic that the massive amounts of "bad" games on the Wii will kill the industry, this gen shouldn't even exist now.

The difference is when the uttershit for the PS2 came out. It wasnt in the 1st 2 years of its life.  More "bad" games on the Wii have came out early simply because some pretty poor quality games have sold very very well. Thus the bandwagon jumping started really early.

 

 

The PS2 could have 400 bad games on it and still come out with a better ratio for good games(maybe not AAA but good) then the Wii has shown to have done. The wii has some trully awefull games(Hell's Kitchen. LOL What?) pumping out on a regular basis. Even the games that are deemed "AAA" I still mostly dont deem purchase worthy, unless you are simply desperate for games on the Wii, which you most likely will be.

To be honest the only games I have ever enjoyed on the Wii are ...

A. Wii Sports

B.Big Brain Academy

C. Harry Potter

Wii Sports is loads of fun and I deem that one great. Big brain academy is really fun at times too, Harry Potter IMHO is the best game on the damn system and let me tell you why. Because with the motion sensing you get to do all the actual spell movements from the books. I litteraly just kept lifting things with my wand and bashing them into random student's heads, LOLed the entire time as they ran away screaming and crying.
