he is using I am not amused to say i disagree its more of a context usage then anything. particular words have been hijacked by popular culture, or people who choose to use it in an unusual way. this can make things very confusing to non english speakers. to compound the problem different regions will do modify english in different ways, if i remember right the continental united states has 8 distinct dialects and regional subsets in that.
