Anyway, I think you're right in that regard. Great system, doesn't have the third party support of its competitor (even though it does :-O) and...
No, I have to disagree. The PS3 is not a victim of the circumstances as much as a victim of technology. Sure, it would be doing better if there was no economic crisis, but it also wouldn't be affected by the economic crisis if it was cheaper.
As for the DreamCast... well, it was a great system, but it couldn't compete with the PS2. Nothing could.
