1) Don't use Caps Lock.
2) They can't use real cities, that would be annoying. Maybe Vice, Liberty and San Andreas.
3) Nobody at Rockstar has an account here. Maybe you could go to the Rockstar forums (there's bound to be one) and make this thread, which has no doubt been made several hundred time.
