Doesn't the definition of blockbuster have to do with sales and not the amount of money spent on it? I have never heard anyone call Speed 2 a blockbuster. It was called a flop. Now that movie My Big Fat Obnoxious Family or whatever it was called was called a blockbuster and not nearly as much money was put into it.
