It will appear when we know something about the game: story, gameplay, characters, release date...
The Sony hype train is focusing on Uncharted 2, God of War III and Killzone 2. After KZ2's spot frees up, it'll go to inFamous, once that's gone, maybe Heavy Rain can sneak in.
