Problem with tracking the Singstar is its regional versions. They are practically impossible to track by VGC. So yeah, 20M wouldn't surprise a bit, although considering the time it took to reach 12M, it sounds unlikely it would have sold 8M in 8 months.
Headphones in Singstar? Ehh... Best way to blow out the whole idea.
@Lafiel: Basically you're talking about counting the whole franchises sales as one game?
