Well I cant adivse what would work for others but for me ( a wii360 owner) it would be the following :
1. $299(80gb) with a bundled game
2. release GT5 ASAP
3. release a Non HDD version for $249 or .. since a lot of people change the HDD for a high capacity one
Doubt is not a pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd.

5 THINGS I'd like to see before i knock out:
a. a AAA 3D sonic title
b. a nintendo developed game that has a "M rating"
c. redesgined PS controller
d. SEGA back in the console business
e. M$ out of the OS business
