You need MGS4, don't say anything about "too many cutscenes", I have yet to meet one person of all of my cutscene hating friends (which includes me) who disliked MGS4.
Resistance 2 is the best shooter on the console, and is of course from Insomniac.
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is one of the best games on the system, and I would say second only to BioShock as best game of 2007.
So those three and Prince of Persia make four. BioShock, like I said is excellent, but this is only if you don't have a computer than can run it or an Xbox 360.
Valkyria Chronicles is brilliant as well. So there we have it:
1) MGS4
2) Uncharted
3) Resistance 2
4) Prince of Persia
5) BioShock or Valkyria Chronicles.
That's what I would recommend. I own all of the above except Valkyria Chronicles.
