Talon's conversion chart isn't entirely accurate, and this is the one most reviewers use from the mod forums. His chart was made to explain how the conversions occurred when there were .5 increments, but we have since fixed it to be .1 increments. Here's the scale I use that was posted by one of the admins when we decided to change the review system:
A+: 96-100
A: 92-95
A-: 88-91
B+: 84-87
B: 80-83
B-: 76-79
C+: 72-75
C: 68-71
C-: 64-67
D+: 60-63
D: 55-59
D-: 50-54
F: 0-49
Just change the 49 to 4.9 in your head like I do, since we originally were going to go out of 100 instead of out of 10. Ends up the same anyway.
