For a while I thought it was a 4 week period from March 4 to March 31 (inclusive). That puts April through April 28, May through May 26, June through the 23rd, July through the 21st, August through August 18th, September through Sept 15, Octber through Oct 13, Nov through Nov 10, Dec through Dec 8... Obviously some months need an extra week then. I think March will be through April 7. That would put April through May 5. May would then be until June 2. June would be until June 30... at which point July becomes a 5 week month so that Sept is normal..then October is a 5 week month..so December is normal. I think that is how it will work. It is just that this year had the 'leap week' because the 5-4-4 week month schedule adds upto 13 weeks per quarter..52 weeks per year...1 day short of a 365 day year, and this was the 7th year (requiring the extra week lost from the previous 364-day years). Regardless, if March ended the 31st for NPD, the data will be out April 12. If it ends the 7th of April, it will be out April 19.
