Keep doing exactly what there doing, and just wait out the recession and until they start making profit on the PS3 (which should be in 2009). Don't do a price cut, but wait till both the Cell and the RSX chips goes to 45 nm and then come out with a slim PS3 with B/C and a small harddrive for $299.99, sales will explode.
