Sony equity does still have exist, it is just very shakey. I have a friend who is looking to buy a console. The only games he talks about are shooters and sports so I wasn't going to stear him to the Wii. He talked about getting a PS3. I knew his favorite game is Gears so I asked him what on the PS3 he liked.
Madden.
The 360 versions are at least as good.
But I like the controler!
Playstation was what he was comfortable with, and that comfort was worth something to him. But in the end not quite that much. I talked him out of buying a $200 controler that couldn't play his favorite game.
