@Zlejedi - X Edge was Japan only until last week. It should be added to the list now.
@PDF - Read the rules in the OP. Only games from October 2008. Both MGS and Haze are much older.
Regarding Japan only titles - it had been discussed several times in the thread. You can find the detailed reasoning up there. The short answer is that Japan is less than 5% of the console HW market these days so any Japan-only title does not have material effect on global trends.
The rules favor no-one. If I wanted to favor the 360 I would have allowed XBLA and XNA and then the 360 list would have been 5 times larger. So some rules help the PS3 and some happen to help the 360. The rules were meant to help us understand the level of 3rd party support globaly without any specific bias.
