I played Dewy on Games Convention in Leipzig, and it was great. 
I really enjoyed it. The balancing feels very natural and the combination of fire/water/ice is just tricky enough to give you some challenge. The graphics are absolutely beautiful ( I played on a 32" Samsung LCD). Can't talk about longevity though. I played for about 20 min. I think the game is from the same team as Eledees/Elebits, and I guess you can see the step from a first gen to a second gen game.
