Actually, if I wanted to get nitpicky, Project Sylpheed shouldn't be on that list since it's not developed by SE. It was only published by them (and only in Japan at that, the US version was by Microsoft) and it was developed by GameArts, who they have no actual ties to outside of some publishing contract that must have started with Grandia III. They had no influence whatsoever over that game.
@Onna: Insomniac is 2nd party, Level 5 is most definitely 3rd party but I'm sure Sony owns the White Knight Story license, and Ninja Theory I'm pretty sure is 3rd party since Heavenly Sword was originally in the works for Xbox, though I may be wrong about their current status.
