Oblivion, Folks Soul seem to have very good stories, so will have Ratchet & Clank, White Knight Story, FFXIII, ...

 

 Sorry but Oblvion does not really have a great story ^__^.

The game is special,  in fact you make your own story by choosing what kind of woman/man you want to be but it doesn't really have a big story ^__^.
