How to get a "Self-Ban" -- Have exams & I want one!

I am too addicted to vg Chartz.....so I was wondering how to get a "self-ban"

I mean which mod will I need to contact.

Or if there is a mod reading this....just ban me straight away....n write I have chosen a self-ban because I have exams in Jan.

I want a self-ban till Jan 16th!
