 No! It's way better and the battlesystem is somekind of RPG-system but then done totally different and done quite brilliant!!! Really, one of the BEST Cube-games out there! If there's anything I suggest you'd get, it's this gem!!!

I un2nd this. (if that is possible) I thought both games were great. Both had thier slow moments, but overall, both were great.

Super Paper Mario is a platformer with RPG elements and a lot of story (every always complains that Mario platformers have no story, they get it, then they complain)

Paper Mario 2: 1000 year door is an RPG with a relly cool interactive battle system. You chose your attacks, and then you have to time button hits to do extra damage, or to avoid attacks. You can also hit buttons to dodge things from the crowd, or to receive items from them.

Anyways, if you like RPG's you'll probably likek 1000 year door.

EDIT: oh, and anything from my collection is good.
