I believe the only one that could take on Leonardo would be Raphael, and that's only with lots of luck on his side.

 

 

Heh Raph can't take on Mikey much less Leo, Mikey uses all of Dons inventions Leo isn't man enough to sewer skate!  Mikey > Leo ten fold!

Raph would absolutely annihilate Mikey, he only loses to Leo due to the range discrepancy. Raph and Leo need no sissy inventions to fight, they're above that.
