Everyone else that purchases VG systems, without sounding demeaning, these customers will purchase a system through word of mouth, brand recognition, peer pressure, etc. These customers for most reasons have little to no reason to perform extra setup/purchasing additional cables/settings tweaks/etc. to actually utilize an HDTV anyways, since I've seen much confusion about this where many people play both PS3's and 360's on HDTVs in SD. In this group, unless someone is a fanboy of a particular system, I don't see HDTV adoption affecting video game purchases. |
