The thought of 40 minute cut-scenes NOT from a JRPG though scares me.

If I was God of War, I would disown Ninja Gaiden.
And by the way, "lots of extra stuff" is tweaked graphics and three short levels where you play as a woman with an axe.
And I used to hate cutscenes. I would skip them wherever possible. MGS4 accomplishes the difficult feat of actually making cutscenes interesting for the most part.
