Simply put, no.
I sincerely doubt the longevity of the machine.
Also, I don't see third-party support blooming for Nintendo as big as it did with PS2, at least not this generation.
Nothing against the Wii, great console. I just don't think it will match PS2-type levels, although I wouldn't be overly surprised if it did.
