@GamingChartz: But the average east-european drives a bad car, goes to low paid work and the countries are experiencing financial growth. I think you know it yourself, that you're grasping straws with your argument.
Outside western countries, people generally have lower income than the people in west, but it doesn't mean they wouldn't have money. Besides, as i already said, eventually, the price will go down, making the console available for more people.

^Fix'd!

Yes, the poor countries are experiencing growth. It'll take a few decades (at least) before they reach our level of wealth.

Edit:

I could have opted for PPP (Purchase Power Parity), but I wanted to show the future potential wealth in each country.

They don't need to reach our level of wealth to be able to purchase games and consoles. Of course, the more money they have, the more they can afford to buy.

The point is, that most of the countries are wealthy enough to have a games market. The biggest problem in the markets isn't that much the lack of money, but the amount of piracy.

Now, i wouldn't  count Russia and Serbia into your list, since Russia isn't that poor that it seems an Serbia isn't in Eastern-Europe (besides, without Russia your list is only around 100M in pop, instead the 300-400M you claimed).
