This might not be such a bad idea for Activision advertising the Wii version.

For one, video game enthusiasts (I hate the word hardcore) are probably already aware of this title and either have it for their choice of console, or passed on it because it's not their kind of game. So the idea behind an ad campaign is to reach consumers who may not be aware, and the Wii demographics fit that bill better than the other two consoles. Thus advertise the version you believe has the most to gain from the campaign and the other versions should benefit just as much as consumers may notice their other platform carries a version too.
