uhhhh... ok now i'm just plain confused...

Where are you anyway? Because this game didnt advertise on the wii except on E3 till recently. I dont even seen a video trailer of the game on the net till now.

This might not be such a bad idea for Activision advertising the Wii version.

For one, video game enthusiasts (I hate the word hardcore) are probably already aware of this title and either have it for their choice of console, or passed on it because it's not their kind of game. So the idea behind an ad campaign is to reach consumers who may not be aware, and the Wii demographics fit that bill better than the other two consoles. Thus advertise the version you believe has the most to gain from the campaign and the other versions should benefit just as much as consumers may notice their other platform carries a version too.

Most of the trailers I've seen are COD WAW on PS3, PC, X360 and Wii versions and HD graphics as the main footage. So its also odd that Activision make an ad only for the Wii version. Is Activisionj caught up with the demand of the Wii version that they finally seriously advertised it?

I'm with sega4life on this one... I never really watch TV in school, so when I went home (sometime between Nov15 - Dec) I caught plenty of CoD WaW commercials on TV.

I usually caught the one promoting the Wii version, surprisingly.

Unless he just didnt know theres already a Wii version ad of the game.

edit: You did say Nov. 15. So are the commercials included the Wii version or exclusively to Wii version alone?
