@woopah: No, but it's mostly hardcore gamers who read the magazine. If a Final Fantasy game scored 10/40 it will still outsell a FPS that scored 40/40.
But sales obviously get hindered by low scores in Japan. If not ask retailers why they ordered more copies of 428 after the perfect score.
And to answer your last question, I believe none of the 3 games will sell really good, tatsunoko maybe will get near 100k LT, but the rest will fall into the 10k-40k range LT
