Which are the worst/most disappointing games you've played, and why?

P.T.O IV ... because it was dumbed down, when i saw the series that had captivated me on the SNES was coming back to america i went out and bought a PS2 just for it.... it was a bust, you could no longer play politics to delay war, move fleets freely, or choose tech right down to what boots your troops were using, you dont have to resupply fleets or risk running out of fuel in the middle of the ocean if your supply convoy is destroyed. there was only one real flaw with P.T.O II .... i can not believe to this day how bad IV was
