How many of those were people who thought that the PS3 would be such a hit that they'd be able to make $1000 from it by reselling it to people that want it? It was intersting to watch the Ebay prices of the Wii and the PS3 during those first few weeks. The PS3 was way way up, and by the 2nd week it was back at retail price and then it began dropping lower than retail, serves the investors right imo. Meanwhile the Wii started at the same proportional price, and just kept going up.
