Bad example. The date for this title was updated two months ago to 2009. The game is alive.

  They do that when a game has no release date and is obviously not making out the year they have. You know how many times FF13 has TBA (insert year here)

There are a lot of games with no release date. I regard them as vaporware and don't count them in.

But for those that have a release date in a couple of places, I take it as face value. I really cannot decide which one is false. I am trying to apply objective and consistent rules. This may be a vaporware, but so can some of the other platform titles. I just don't know and I don't want to introduce a subjective criteria.
