Is it possible to have the Wii as your primary console?

By waggle, I generalise 'any movement in general aside from pressing buttons which has a direct effect on gameplay'.  Unfortuanetly, none of the games you have listed fall under this category. So, you fail.

 Super Smash Brothers Brawl, Mario Kart Wii, Metal Slug Anthology, Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, Castle of Shikigami 3, Dokapon Kingdom, Megaman 9, Bomberman Blast, and the entire virtual console collection can be played without any "waggle" what-so-ever. Mario Party 8 and Mario Strikers can be played as well from what I recall, but I don't own the games o I can't say for certain.

 You may notice certain games have re-appeared from the previous list. These games use the Gamecube or Classic controllers so no need for waggle. Of course you are just trolling so waht does it really matter eh?
