Actually, I did ban myself accidentally :-/
This was back when, underneath your profile pic, there was a view profile button, and for mods, a ban button directly beneath that.
And there wasn't a ban time system in place, or even a double check. Clicking that ban button meant instant ban...so I accidentally clicked it one day instead of viewing my profile. ARGH.
