 Wonder how many of those publishers (and I would say Sony and Microsoft are making money on the software side anyway) will be approaching being in the black after 12/31/2008.

If memory serves me correctly, Microsoft has made over $500,000,000 this year (Q3 2007-Q3 2008), so that'd put them in the upper eschelons of profitable video game companies.

 

 

I;m pretty sure Sony;s loses have dropped considerably since that chart was made.
