If your worried about support, you really shouldn't be. At this point in time only money from one of the platform makers themselves (Sony, MS) will secure an exclusive for their console. 17 million PS3 owners or 23 million 360 owners is way to large an audience to ignore, especially considering the current cost of developing HD games. (Although you might still see a few PS3 exclusives in Japan, given the low 360 install base there.)
The thing to worry about at the moment would be Sony as a company. They need all the profit they can get, and the 360 stealing HD sales from them is not helping.
