Sony did not say that. The unnamed source said that.
But yes... my read was also that it is AFTER March. It also makes a lot of sense since their Fiscal year ends in March. So what they really said is that they will become price competitive in their next fiscal year.
It could be April. It could be later. It is not going to be March.
